The wheat filling holds on to heat, and is soft enough to wrap around a joint or drape across your abdomen or shoulders. The natural lavender flowers release a comforting scent as they're warmed - which can really only help when you're not feeling 100%. The covers are made from softly tumbled linen in a trio of pretty patterns.
The cover can be removed and washed. These are handmade in Wiltshire for us, using Merchant & Mills linen.
Heat for a maximum of 2 minutes in a 500 - 750W microwave, or 1.5 minutes in a 750 - 1000W rated microwave. Can also be placed in the freezer, or warmed in an oven.
